For Attorneys

Does The IRS Bother You or Your Clients?

Dear Attorney,

Most attorneys tell us yes on a regular basis. The problem for any attorney who doesn’t provide IRS problem services is knowing how to best counsel a client with IRS problems.

Clients with IRS problems always seem to call their attorney for either some direct help with an IRS problem or to request a referral to another professional. Dealing with the IRS is not unlike your own specialties in law, you have to practice in a specific area on a regular basis to stay current and be effective.

I would like to offer our professional services to any of your clients who have any types of IRS problems. Your clients would speak with me personally for a free initial consultation. I would discuss all of their options in ending their IRS problems and give them a written estimate of our fees. Your client would be under no obligation to retain our firm.

Many of the attorneys that refer us clients often have their own questions about the IRS and their sometimes abusive activities. I always make myself available to referring attorney's to answer any of their questions at no charge.

I would be happy to speak with you and discuss how I can help you and your clients. If you have any client that needs immediate assistance, please have them call me at 1-800-BUCHWALD and set up a free initial consultation.

Sincerely,

Jaime S. Buchwald, CPA

P.S. In criminal matters we will work under your direction and issue a Kovel 296 F.2d 918 (2d Cir. 1961) engagement letter. Please click here for a listing of the professional services we provide.
